Clearly Amazing Gutter Maintenance Plan Terms and Conditions

1. Overview of the Maintenance Plan

This Gutter Maintenance Plan ("Plan") provides regular inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of your gutter system to ensure optimal

functionality. By enrolling in this Plan, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Services Included

The Plan includes the following services as defined in your Quote:

Annual, semi-annual, tri-annual, or other scheduled gutter cleaning

Removal of debris from gutters and downspouts

Inspection of gutters and downspouts for damage, leaks, or blockages

Notification of any major issues requiring repair or replacement (note: repairs are not included in the Plan)

3. Exclusions

The Plan does not cover:

Repairs or replacement of gutters, downspouts, or roof components

Damage caused by severe weather, structural issues, or other external factors

Emergency cleanings or services outside of the scheduled visits

Maintenance of gutter guards or other specialized equipment

4. Term and Renewal

The Plan is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

The Plan will automatically renew unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Clearly Amazing reserves the right to modify Plan terms upon renewal, with prior written notice.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for the Plan is due upfront at the time of enrollment.

Customers may choose to pay in full or via an approved payment plan (if offered by Clearly Amazing).

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel the Plan at any time by providing written notice to Clearly Amazing. Refunds will be prorated based on unused

services.

Clearly Amazing reserves the right to terminate the Plan for non-compliance with terms or for non-payment, with prior written notice to

the customer.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide access to the property for scheduled services.

Any obstacles or safety hazards (e.g., locked gates, aggressive pets) must be addressed by the customer prior to the service visit.

Clearly Amazing is not responsible for issues arising from failure to provide access or address safety concerns.

8. Liability and Warranty

Clearly Amazing will perform all services with professional care and diligence. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing

damage, structural defects, or issues unrelated to our services.

Clearly Amazing is not liable for any damage caused by severe weather or other uncontrollable circumstances.

9. Force Majeure

Clearly Amazing shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control,

including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

10. Modifications to the Plan

Clearly Amazing reserves the right to update or modify the Plan’s terms and conditions. Customers will be notified of any significant

changes before they take effect.

Scheduling Policy

Due to high demand, unpredictable service durations, routing efficiency, weather, and other factors, we cannot provide an exact date or

time for gutter cleanings and small service work. As work is performed outside your home, it is not necessary for you to be present

during service. If being home during service is essential, we can refer you to a company that accommodates such requests.

On the Day of Service, We Will:

Clean and clear your gutters and downspouts

Bag debris for removal from the premises

Clear accessible roof debris

Take photos of completed work

Provide feedback on the condition of your roof and gutters

Existing customers with at least one completed and paid gutter cleaning service can refer a new customer to receive 10% off their next

cleaning service. Referred customers must complete and pay for their service in full to qualify.

30-Day No-Clog Guarantee

Your gutter cleaning service includes a 30-day guarantee. This covers the removal of any clogs or blockages causing gutter overflow

during a rain event. It does not include a full re-cleaning of all gutters.

Service Policies

Roof Condition:

Customers represent that their roof is structurally sound and can safely support workers and tools. Damages resulting from an

unsound roof are the customer’s sole responsibility. Clearly Amazing is not liable for damages to roofing materials (e.g., shingles,

tiles, decking, rafters, etc.) caused by pre-existing issues.

Definition of Cleaning:

"Cleaning" refers to clearing debris to ensure proper water drainage from the roof through gutters and downspouts. Small amounts of

debris or shingle grit may remain but will not affect water flow. Cleaning the exterior of gutters is not included unless pressure

washing is requested.

Warranty Disclaimer:

No warranties, express or implied, are provided under this agreement. Clearly Amazing is not responsible for property damage

caused directly or indirectly by water-related issues, including mold, mildew, drywall damage, landscaping issues, window damage,

siding damage, wood trim damage, or structural damage.

Work Hours:

Services are performed Monday through Sunday, from 7:30 AM until dusk, weather permitting.

Ground Drains:

Clearly Amazing does not clean compacted ground drains. We may attempt to clear them by flushing downspouts with a standard

water hose. Severely clogged ground drains require a certified plumber for proper clearance.

Water Flushing (Optional):

If opted for, Clearly Amazing will flush your gutters and downspouts with water.
