Our commitment

Clearly Amazing is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most commonly cited under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Conformance status

We consider this site to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to identify and resolve any remaining issues.

Ongoing efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We:

  • Review our website regularly using both automated tools and manual testing
  • Train our team to author content with accessibility in mind
  • Prioritize fixes that affect users of assistive technology
  • Re-audit major site changes before they are published

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not be fully accessible. Areas we are actively addressing include:

  • Alternative text on a small number of older images
  • Color contrast on a few legacy design elements
  • Form-field labeling on certain forms, which we are in the process of updating

Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, or if you need information from our website provided in an alternative format, please contact us. We treat accessibility feedback as a priority and aim to respond within 10 business days.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • The page URL where you encountered the problem
  • A short description of what happened
  • The browser, operating system, and any assistive technology you were using (e.g., screen reader, voice control, keyboard only)

Enforcement

We aim to resolve accessibility complaints quickly and informally. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Assessment approach

This statement reflects our most recent internal accessibility review. We use a combination of automated scanning tools and manual review against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our next scheduled review is in three months from the “Last updated” date above.
