By submitting a form or estimate request to Clearly Amazing, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from Clearly Amazing related to your inquiry or services. Message and data rates may apply.

Standard Terms and Conditions (Softwash / Pressure Wash / Gutter)

All customer belongings and furniture must be moved away from the working area prior to arrival. For Softwash/Pressure Washing: all furniture, plants, and belongings must be taken off of any decks, patios, or porches that the crews need access to. For Window Cleaning: all furniture, plants, and belongings must be moved away from all windows that the crews need access to. If items are not removed prior to arrival, a $200 fee will be added to the work order. Clearly Amazing will not be held responsible for any damages to items moved by our team.

Water must be turned on prior to arrival. Unless otherwise agreed upon, Clearly Amazing will be using water from the property to perform all services. If the water is not on and we need to reschedule or cancel the job on the day of service, a $50 fee will be assessed.

Make sure we have access to all working areas. This includes unlocking gates, containing small children and pets, and ensuring that no other contractors are working in the same areas.

Excessive debris and growth may impact pricing. Estimates are sometimes based on outdated images. If you believe you have heavy moss, mold, mildew, or gutter debris, please send current pictures to your representative. Additional fees may apply.

Arrival times are estimated, not guaranteed. For an ETA on the day of service, please call your representative. You may also request that the crew call you when they are on the way.
Window Cleaning Terms and Conditions

All customer belongings and furniture must be moved away from the working area prior to arrival. The same $200 fee and liability disclaimer applies as described above.

Water must be turned on prior to arrival. A $50 fee will apply if we must cancel or reschedule due to no water.

Ensure access to all working areas, including unlocking gates, containing children and pets, and avoiding scheduling conflicts with other contractors.

If excessive debris or buildup is present, please send current photos to your representative so we can assess any additional charges.

Arrival times are estimated and not guaranteed. Call for updates or request a call from the crew when they are en route.

For exterior-only window cleaning, all screens must be removed prior to arrival. Most screens are removed from inside the home. If interior window cleaning is scheduled, we will remove and clean the screens as part of the service.
Roof Cleaning Terms and Conditions

Customer belongings and furniture must be moved from all working areas before arrival. If we need to move items, a $200 fee will be added, and we are not liable for any damages.

Water must be turned on prior to arrival. A $50 fee applies for same-day cancellations or rescheduling due to no water.

Ensure all work areas are accessible, including gates, pets, and other contractors.

If excessive roof debris or growth is present, provide updated photos. Additional charges may apply.

Arrival times are estimates. Please contact your rep for an ETA or request a call from the crew.

Roof washing is a process that takes 4–6 weeks to show full results as the product activates with rainfall. Full roof washes come with a one-year warranty from the treatment date. If growth remains after 6 weeks, we will re-treat at no charge. Partial roof washes are not covered by warranty.
Holiday Lights Terms and Conditions

Make sure we have access to all working areas. Unlock gates, contain children and pets, and avoid scheduling other contractors at the same time.

Arrival times are estimated. Contact your representative for an ETA or ask for a crew call when they are en route.

Holiday lights are leased and owned by Clearly Amazing unless otherwise specified. If you wish to purchase the lights, contact your representative for pricing.

Holiday light installations are covered under warranty from the installation date until January 1st. If wind or weather causes issues before that date, we will repair them as scheduling allows. Service visits after January 1st may incur additional fees.
SMS Terms & Conditions
Consumers can expect to receive notifications, marketing, customer service, billing and other communications via SMS. Message frequency may vary and message & data rates apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
