Clearly Amazing Outlook “Home Cleaning Makeover Sweepstakes” Official Rules

The Clearly Amazing Outlook “Home Cleaning Makeover Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Clearly Amazing Outlook (“Sponsor”).

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who:

  • Are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry;
  • Own and reside in the residential property submitted for service consideration;
  • Live within a twenty (20) mile radius of one of the following service areas:
    • San Diego, California
    • Ft. Myers, Florida
    • Sterling, Virginia
    • Cape Cod, Massachusetts
    • Seattle, Washington
    • Portland, Oregon
    • Grand Blanc, Michigan

The submitted residential property must:

  • Be owner-occupied;
  • Be residential only (commercial properties excluded);
  • Be no larger than 6,000 square feet;
  • Be located within Sponsor’s active service territory.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household of any such individuals are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM EDT and ends on June 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may modify starting and/or ending dates at any time without prior notice.

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by completing and submitting the official online entry form available at:

clearlyamazing.com/sweepstakes

Limit one (1) entry per person and per household during the Sweepstakes Period.

Duplicate, automated, robotic, scripted, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

4. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a “Home Cleaning Makeover” package consisting of the winner’s selection of any three (3) of the following services:

  • Window Cleaning
  • Gutter Cleaning
  • Roof Cleaning
  • Siding Cleaning
  • Pressure Washing
  • Dryer Vent Cleaning

Approximate Maximum Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,950.

Prize includes labor and standard cleaning materials only.

Prize limitations:

  • No cash redemption, substitution, or transfer permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
  • Sponsor provides cleaning services only and will not perform repairs, reconstruction, remediation, or maintenance beyond standard cleaning.
  • Services are subject to property inspection and safety/accessibility requirements.
  • Hazardous, unsafe, inaccessible, or structurally compromised properties may be deemed ineligible at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • Additional services beyond prize scope are not included.

5. WINNER SELECTION

Winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM

Potential winner will be notified via phone call and/or text message using the contact information provided at entry.

Potential winner must respond and confirm eligibility within one (1) year from initial notification attempt.

If:

  • the winner cannot be contacted,
  • fails to respond,
  • is found ineligible,
  • refuses the prize,
  • or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for failed or undelivered communications.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants grant Sponsor and its designees the unrestricted right to use entrant’s:

  • name,
  • city/state,
  • photographs,
  • video,
  • likeness,
  • property images,
  • testimonials,
  • before-and-after images,
  • and statements

As a condition of accepting the prize, winner agrees to grant Sponsor permission to use winner’s name, likeness, photographs, video, testimonials, and property images for promotional purposes where permitted by law without additional compensation.

8. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

By entering, entrants expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Sponsor, including:

  • email communications,
  • telephone calls,
  • SMS/text messages,
  • automated marketing communications,
  • promotional offers and updates.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Entrants may opt out of communications at any time in accordance with applicable law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, contractors, employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents from any liability, damages, losses, claims, or actions arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

Sponsor makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the prize or services provided.

11. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that:

  • any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction selected by Sponsor;
  • entrant waives any right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State selected by Sponsor, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available at:

By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of personal information for Sweepstakes administration and marketing purposes.

13. WINNER LIST

To request the name of the winner, send a request to Sponsor within sixty (60) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
