Siding, paint and upkeep in two communities

Klahanie Association’s guidelines, revised May 2024, say of replacement siding “No vinyl or metal siding products are allowed on single family homes.” They also say “An ACA is required for all exterior painting for houses, fences, decks, trim and accent features.” Summer Ridge’s rules, effective April 20, 2023, require each lot to be kept “in a neat, clean, and sightly condition at all times,” and require committee approval for “exterior painting of any kind.” Those are the rules of two communities, and neither document speaks to washing.

Inglewood and other places in the city

The City’s Inglewood Rights of Way page refers to “the Inglewood neighborhood.” Inglewood Middle School has an address on NE 8th St, 24120, per the Lake Washington School District. Illahee Park Trail is a City property with a half-mile loop around a seasonal pond and wetlands. Smith Elementary, at 23305 NE 14th St, is another Lake Washington School District school. The City’s East Lake Sammamish Trail project names Inglewood Hill Road. Big Rock Park Central is, in the City’s words, a 20-acre park “located in the heart of Sammamish,” and it features the historic Reard House.
