Holiday Lighting in Estero, FL
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

For Estero homes and businesses, our crews hang LED holiday lighting in white or multicolor, professional grade and cut to the rooflines. Clips are the only fasteners, with no nails or screws going into the building, and weather-rated connections join the strands. The lights are leased: they stay ours, and the charge is per season.

What the Village lighting standards say
The Village’s exterior lighting standards list an exemption for “Holiday or festive lighting, provided such lighting does not create unsafe glare on road rights-of-way”. That is the Village’s own standard, in a section that applies to development, and it says nothing about any particular property.
The Coconut Point parade and tree lighting
Coconut Point’s event page lists a Tropical Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting for Saturday, Dec. 5, 2026, with the tree lighting ceremony at 7 pm. The Greater Estero Chamber of Commerce listed a Holiday Celebration and Tropical Parade at Coconut Point for Saturday, December 6, 2025. The first is Coconut Point’s own listing and the second is the Chamber’s.
Broadway, the Village Center and Corkscrew Palms
The Village’s history page says the Broadway Estero School “still sits next to the old post office on Broadway”, and the old post office is listed at 8111 Broadway Avenue East. The Village describes a Village Center that includes Estero High School and Estero Community Park and Recreation Center. Corkscrew Palms Boulevard and Stoneybrook Golf Drive are roads inside the Village. The Estero Historical Society’s Hall-Hanson-Collier house and 1904 school house are listed at 9200 Corkscrew Palms Blvd. West Bay Club is a community in the village.
