Holiday Lighting in Chatham, MA
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Holiday lighting for Chatham homes and businesses is installed by crews from our Hyannis office. The LEDs are professional-grade, in white or multicolor, and each strand is cut to the rooflines. Clips hold the strands and weather-rated connections join them, so nothing gets nailed or screwed in. You pay by the season for leased lights that stay ours, and we store them between seasons.

Christmas by the Sea listings
The Chatham Chamber of Commerce’s Christmas by the Sea page lists Friday to Sunday, December 11-13, 2026, including a “Friday Night Christmas Stroll and Tree Lighting on Main Street”. A Cape Cod Chronicle preview dated December 10, 2025 said “The annual holiday stroll follows, with most shops along Main Street open with seasonal refreshments, activities and raffles.” The Chronicle reported on December 7, 2023 that the town tree lighting would return to Sears Park, the triangle at Main and Seaview streets, and that the town’s DPW crew had strung the tree with lights. Those are the organizers’ plans and the Chronicle’s reports, not ours.

How the job goes
Estimate. Estimates are free and done on site.
Install. Installs run through December, with each strand cut to the rooflines and attached by clips.
Upkeep. A strand or section that goes out partway through the season gets a repair visit from a crew. After the season, the lights come down and go into our storage.
Oyster Pond and the inland ponds
Holiday installs cover every part of Chatham. The Town lists Oyster Pond Beach among its beaches, and Oyster Pond Furlong Landing and Vineyard Avenue Landing among its landings. Rolf E. Sylvan Gardens is a Town conservation area, and White Pond Landing is on the landings list. Schoolhouse Pond is on the beach list. George Ryder Forest is off George Ryder Road, and the Town’s page for it says the forest is bordered to the north by Mary’s Pond, Barclay Pond, and Chatham Conservation Foundation property. Goose Pond Forest is another Town conservation area.
