Holiday Lighting in SeaTac, WA
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

SeaTac homes and businesses get holiday lights from our crews at the Redmond office. The strands are LEDs, professional grade, in white or multicolor, cut to fit each roofline. Clips are the only fasteners, so no nails or screws go into the building, and the connections are rated for the weather. Under the lease the lights remain ours, and customers pay by the season.

The City’s SeaTac Winterfest listing
“SeaTac Winterfest (December 4)” is the one winter entry on the City of SeaTac’s Special Events 2026 page. The Winterfest page lists the 2026 event for Friday, December 4, 2026, 5 to 8 pm at the SeaTac Community Center. It invites people to “Take a picture with Santa and enjoy some live entertainment!”
The 2025 Winterfest was held on December 5, 2025, from 5 to 8 pm at the Community Center, per the City’s calendar record, which says “The tree will be lit at 5:20 PM.” The SeaTac Blog reported on November 25, 2024 that “The City of SeaTac’s annual Tree Lighting event” would be held Friday, December 6, 2024, 5 to 8 pm at the Community Center. All of these are the City’s or a blog’s account of a community event, not our work.
