Before and after holiday lighting installation by Clearly Amazing

Redmond homes and businesses can have holiday lighting installed by our crews, who work from the Redmond office. The rooflines are followed with professional-grade LEDs, white or multicolor, cut to fit. Only clips are used, and no nails or screws go into the building. The connections are weather-rated. Leasing means the lights remain ours, and you pay by the season.

Redmond Lights, as the City lists it

The City of Redmond’s Redmond Lights page lists “Saturday, December 5, 2026 – Monday, January 4, 2027” under its Where to Stay heading for Redmond Lights 2026. It lists a kick-off at Downtown Park on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 4 to 8 pm. The page describes its Kids Light Fashion Show as part of “Redmond’s annual celebration of art, light, and community.” It also says “Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and seasonal decor at Redmond Town Center.”

For the 2025 edition, a City news release gave December 6, 2025, through January 5, 2026 as the dates for its art installations and said the event would “for the very first time” expand to the Overlake neighborhood’s Esterra Park. The Mayor’s December 2024 letter says “Last year, 10,000 people attended the first night of Redmond Lights.” These are the City’s listings for its own park event, not our work.

Downtown Park, Town Center and the Anderson Park district

The City describes Downtown Park as two acres of plaza space, electricity and on-site amenities for large community events. Redmond Town Center is, in the City’s words, a large Downtown, open-air retail center. The City’s page for a project at the corner of Redmond Way and 166th Avenue NE describes it as in “the Anderson Park district of Downtown Redmond”. The Sammamish River Trail, per King County Parks, passes Redmond City Hall before it enters Marymoor Park.

A utility’s line on ladders

Puget Sound Energy’s electric-safety page, read from an archived copy of September 2025, tells people doing outdoor work around the house to keep tall ladders clear of overhead power lines. That is the utility’s advice.
