Holiday Lighting in Auburn Hills, MI

Auburn Hills homes and businesses get white or multicolor lights from our crews out of Grand Blanc, all professional-grade LED. Each run is cut to the roofline and held with clips, and no nail or screw goes in anywhere. Connections are weather-rated. The lights are leased for each season and remain our property, and we keep them in storage afterward.

Tree lighting night in Downtown Auburn Hills

The City’s events calendar lists its Tree Lighting Ceremony for November 20, 2026, from 6 pm to 9 pm in Downtown Auburn Hills, describing it as an event “featuring the arrival of Santa Claus and the lighting of our downtown Christmas tree with the Mayor of Auburn Hills”. The City’s December 8, 2021 recap describes its 28th annual ceremony, put on by the Parks and Recreation Department and the Department of Public Works. The ceremony is the City’s own event. The Downtown page says the area was once “a bustling manufacturing hub powered by the mills along the Clinton River”.

Public Square, Riverside Park and Hawk Woods

Our lights go up across Auburn Hills. The City lists the Downtown Auburn Hills Public Square at 3388 Auburn Road, and Riverside Park, which “rests on the banks of the Clinton River in Downtown Auburn Hills”, at 3311 Parkways Boulevard. The City’s timeline says the small downtown area at Auburn and Squirrel was “revitalized as the ‘Village Center’” in 2002. The Downtown page says the area “is becoming a recreation and social district in our region”, and the Master Land Use Plan list includes a “West Auburn Road Neighborhood Master Plan (West Downtown)”, adopted in 2012. The parks page lists Hawk Woods Park and Campground at 3799 Bald Mountain Road.
