Soft Washing in Grand Blanc, MI
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
Soft washing is Clearly Amazing’s gentler alternative to pressure washing for house washing in Grand Blanc, Michigan: a cleaning solution goes onto the house at low pressure, and the solution does the work instead of a hard spray. We use it on siding, fencing, decks, awnings and pergolas for homes in Grand Blanc Charter Township and the City of Grand Blanc, working from our Tri Park Drive office. We do house washing in Clarkston, Fenton and Goodrich too. Estimates are free and done on site.

How we work
Soak the plants. We soak the surrounding plants.
Wash at low pressure. We apply the solution to siding, fencing and decks at low pressure, using eco-friendly products, and it’s the solution that loosens the dirt rather than the force of the spray.
Manage the runoff and report problems. We manage the runoff path. When the crew notices something that needs attention, such as a cracked piece of siding or a loose deck board, they take pictures and send them to you.
When to book house washing
NOAA’s 1991–2020 normals for the Flint Bishop airport station put the average temperature at 67.1°F in June, 70.9°F in July and 69.1°F in August. Summer is the ideal window for a soft wash: you get the cleaned siding, deck and fence for the months you spend outside.
Late spring and early fall suit a wash well too. Other reasons to book keep their own schedule: a house going up for sale, a party in the backyard, or a paint job you want to plan around. A wash doesn’t last forever, so treat it as part of looking after the house from year to year.
Soft washing Clarkston, Fenton and Goodrich homes
Our crews soft wash houses throughout both the Township and the City, and they make the trip to Clarkston, Fenton and Goodrich from the same office. Local businesses can book soft washing with us, too. Our crews are our own employees. General liability insurance and workers’ compensation cover each crew.
House washing questions
What’s the difference between soft washing and power washing?
Power washing counts on high water pressure to strip dirt off a surface. With a soft wash, the cleaning solution goes on at low pressure and does the cleaning itself, which is easier on paint and trim.
Do you do anything about the shrubs next to the house?
Yes, we soak the surrounding plants.
Can you soft wash a deck or fence too?
Yes. Decks and fencing get the same low-pressure treatment as siding. Mention them when you set up the estimate.
Does it matter whether I’m in the City or the Township?
Not for booking. We serve both, even though they are separate governments with separate codes.
