The City of Mason’s event listing shows the 2026 Tree Lighting Ceremony on December 4, 2026, at the Downtown Plaza. The City’s calendar listed the 2025 ceremony for December 5, 2025, the 2024 ceremony for December 6, 2024, and the 2023 ceremony for December 1, 2023. A City page from 2022 called it the “annual Tree Lighting Ceremony”. The Warren County Convention and Visitors Bureau’s 2025 holiday guide listed “Santa Stroll” in Downtown Mason on November 29. These are listings by the City and the visitors bureau, not ours.

Downtown and the Community Campus
The City names the Royal Theatre as being on the Downtown Plaza. Mason Municipal Center is at 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road and Mason Community Center at 6050 Mason Montgomery Road. The City’s directions say U.S. 42 “turns into Main Street and runs right through downtown Mason”, and name Lakeside Drive and Foxfield Drive as the turn-ins to the Community Campus. They also place the Heritage Oak Park entrance “opposite Hanover Drive”.
