They are cut to the rooflines, clips hold them up, weather-rated connections join them, and no nail or screw is used. They remain ours, you pay per season, and when the season ends we take them down and store them.

The City’s Tree Lighting & Merry Market
On its Parks & Recreation pages, the City gives the date of Tree Lighting & Merry Market as Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 1 pm to 7 pm, at the San Marcos Community Center, 3 Civic Center Drive. The page lists a free photo with Santa from 1 to 5, a council greeting at 5:45, and the tree lighting at 6. The Chamber of Commerce’s events page listed a Holiday Market for Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 10 am to 4 pm at 251 North City Drive. Those are listings from the City and the Chamber, not ours.

Bradley Park is at 1587 Linda Vista Drive, and the City places Bradley Bike Park at the southeast corner of that park. Sunset Park is at 909 Puesta del Sol, Simmons Family Park at 2180 Rocky Point Drive, and Laurels Park at 2012 Acacia Drive. Cerro de las Posas Park and its pool are at 1387 West Borden Road.
