Your payment information is entered into our secure encrypted system when you schedule services to ensure that the time requested is reserved. Your card will be charged typically 24-36 hours after the service is completed.

Yes, we can keep your credit card information on file. Once the information is in our system, you’re protected in that our manager will only be able to view the last four digits of your card number.

Credit cards are our preferred method of payment, and we accept most major credit cards. If you prefer, payment may be made via a check at the time of service.

To help ensure the safety of our crew, we do not accept cash payments.

We extend a 10% discount for senior citizens utilizing our services.

We’re happy to offer a discount to first responders who are referred by previous customers or who schedule multiple services throughout the year.

Yes, we will generally offer a discount if your neighbor books a service on the same day as you, as long as the schedule allows.
